Shipping policy

Our processing time on shipping orders is 5 to 7 business days from the time we receive the order. Once the order has been completed a confirmation will be emailed containing tracking information. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders will be shipped USPS or UPS whichever carrier option was chosen.

Please make sure all shipping and email information is correct before submitting orders. If products have already shipped or been delivered due to incorrect info please contact your local postal service for help. Any orders placed that has already shipped with the incorrect address customer assumes responsibility. Contact Us immediately once the mistake has been notice, We will try and contact the carrier and see what we can do to stop the shipping but if the order has already been delivered to the incorrect address We are not responsible and customer assumes responsibility of total loss.

We do not ship internationally at this time. During the warmer season some of our products may be affected. Some of our products are temperature sensitive. Once its back in cooler climates the product will be fine and is still usable. For damaged or incorrect products received please contact us by email with in 48 hours from date received. 

For orders not received but shows it has been delivered, contact us within 36 hours of posted delivery date by carrier. We will contact the carrier to see what happened. If you have had problems with certain carriers delivering your packages please choose an alternative delivery carrier. As of right now we do delivery through USPS and UPS. If we have not been notified about missing orders within 36 hours customer assumes responsibility of total loss. If we are unable to resolve the missing order through the carrier we will resend the order as a one time courtesy. If the carrier provides proof that this item was actually delivered and received by the intended recipient or recipients on your behalf we will not resend the order and the customer would need to get in contact with listed recipient and customer assumes all responsibility. Refunds will not be issued for orders that show they where delivered but not received. Once proper steps have been followed a one time courtesy resend of the order will be placed.
